Immaculate Downeast Flybridge cruiser: EasternÂ’s 310 Casco Bay runs on a Downeast thoroughbred hull from famed designer Royal Lowell. Her graceful sheer, flared bow, clipper stem, and full keel have given her legendary seaworthiness. Unlike most of LowellÂ’s hulls, though, the 310 has hard chines, giving her excellent speed, efficiency, and stability both underway and at rest. Featuring a Yanmar 6LYA-UTE 315 hp 5.7 L Diesel, she will cruise comfortably at 16-18 knots even in rough seas. Over 450 of these 31′ hulls are running on all three coasts and the Great Lakes today.
